Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and medication counselling
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
- Deliver clinical and expanded scope pharmacy services
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers to support positive health outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Support pharmacy operations and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in British Columbia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Interest in clinical services and practicing to full scope
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Community pharmacy experience considered an asset
